Hi, I'm mariah
Let me first say thank you for taking the time to stop by my page. I know there are tons of talented photographers to choose from, so I truly appreciate you stopping by and considering me. Over the last 8 years I have had the pleasure of photographing numerous subjects, bringing beautiful and unique inspiration to every shoot. My photography style can be described as enchanting and romantic. My fine attention to detail is a trait that I take pride in and easily sets me apart from many.
HERE IS A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I’m originally from Northwest Indiana, born and raised in Merrillville. My love for photography began at the age of ten. I was fueled by countless disposable cameras and later a 35mm camera in high school, where I gained hands on darkroom experience and quickly realized photography was more than just a hobby, it was my passion.
In 2011, I began my college career as a photography major at Columbia College Chicago, a city I proudly called home for the next 10 years. From its iconic skyline and incredible food to the energy of its sports teams, Chicago shaped both my creative eye and who I am today. It will always hold a special place in my heart.
In July of 2021, I became engaged to my husband, Isaac, and shortly after made the move to Indianapolis to be closer to the love of my life. We were married in October 2022 and soon after were blessed to welcome our first daughter, Imani, in 2024, followed by our second daughter, Naomi, in 2025. We now reside in Hendricks County and love exploring all it has to offer.
When I’m not behind the camera, you can usually find me in full-on mommy mode, finding joy in the everyday moments with my girls. In my downtime, I’m often wrapped up in a blanket binge watching my latest obsession (currently Traitors or one of the Real Housewives series).
